Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Art x Scrubs! We're excited to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below, you'll find all the details you need about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. As a small business based in rural Victoria, please keep in mind that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to our location.

Shipping Insurance

For added peace of mind, we offer optional extra cover for your shipment, which can be purchased at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Typically 5–7 business days (domestic orders).
Expedited Shipping: Typically 2–4 business days (additional charges apply).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 7–21 business days.
International customers may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status through our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Please note that shipping details, including rates, delivery times, and geographical restrictions, are clearly provided to ensure transparency and comply with Pinterest’s advertising policies. For ads featuring our products, the shipping cost will be clearly visible in the product details, and all shipping times will be accurate to avoid potential customer dissatisfaction.

Returns

Please note due to peak sale periods and national Australian public holidays, returns will be processed up to 14 business days after arrival. We thank you for your patience during this time.

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 30 days from delivery, this resolution applies if;

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item is returned to us within 30 days from delivery date
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available

ART X SCRUBS reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by ART X SCRUBS

DOMESTIC (AUS)

Please fill out the returns form. We will only accept returned item(s) that have our returns form.All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery, unless otherwise specified by one of our customer service team members.

Returns will take approximately 5 - 7 business days to process through once received to the returns team at the warehouse.

STORE CREDITS

An ART X SCRUBS store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 12 months.

If there has been a discrepancy in your credit(s) please contact us at info@artxscrubs.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation for further assistance.

FAULTY RETURNS

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we are happy to provide you with a replacement, store credit, or full refund.We are able to do this on the proviso that:

You contact us regarding the fault at info@artxscrubs.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the fault, as well as pictures that show the item fault so that it can be assessed by our customer service team before the item is returned.

The faulty item is unworn and in original condition with all tags still attached. If, however, you noticed the fault after wearing the item, please include this information when contacting us at info@artxscrubs.com.au

At ART X SCRUBS, we strive to reduce our impact on the environment and encourage product sustainability. Should you find a minor fault with an item, a repair reimbursement is the first and preferred option.

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account and we appreciate your patience during this period.

All funds will be processed back to their original payment method. And if for any reason your refund has taken longer than the time mentioned above, please contact us at info@artxscrubs.com.au so we can investigate further for you.
